A pregnancy confirmation visit is for anyone who has had a positive pregnancy test or believes that they are pregnant. If you missed a period with reason to believe that you might be pregnant, consider scheduling a confirmation appointment. At our clinic, we can schedule the confirmation during the first trimester (first 3 months of pregnancy), during which we will perform a urine pregnancy test and bedside ultrasound. We can also make recommendations about diet, exercise, safety, prenatal vitamins and supplements and referral to an obstetrician.

We no longer provide prenatal care at our practice, and if you are pregnant, will refer you for further pregnancy care to one of our trusted colleagues. We would be happy to assist you with postpartum care and continued gynecological care after your delivery.
